Good morning everyone 🙏🏻🎨

I’ve had a few messages and emails recently regarding availability, so I thought I’d pop another little update on here to keep everyone in the loop. 😊

As most of you know, I absolutely hate turning work away and will always try my hardest to make things work, whether that means evenings, weekends or squeezing jobs in wherever I can! 🤣🙈

However, I’ve had to take a step back and realise that my health and fitness need to be a priority, too.

At the moment, I’m fully booked Monday to Friday and will occasionally work a Saturday when needed. Since the age of 15, I’ve pretty much worked seven days a week, and whilst I’m incredibly grateful to be in the position I’m in with my business, my body is certainly starting to remind me that I can’t keep going at that pace forever! 😂

As many of you know, I have type 1 diabetes. Although I’m doing well, I want to make sure I’m looking after myself properly now, rather than risking complications further down the line because I’ve spent my entire life working, working and working some more.

I love what I do, I love meeting new customers, and I’m so grateful for every single person who recommends me, gets in touch or supports my business. ❤️ But I also need to make sure I’m looking after my health so I can continue doing what I love for many years to come for both me and my little family

So, just to make everyone aware, my next available date for new decorating work is Monday 12th April 2027. 📅

I appreciate that probably seems a long way away, and I genuinely hate having to ask people to wait or turn work down. However, I’d rather be honest about my availability than overpromise and let anyone down.

If you’re happy to wait, I’m still more than happy to come out, discuss your plans and provide a quote. 😊

Thank you all so much for your continued support, patience, recommendations and understanding. I honestly wouldn’t be in this position without you all, and I never take that for granted. 🙏🏻❤️

🏡 Lounge completed in Coventry 🏡

A lounge completed for a new customer in Coventry! 🙏🏻 I originally quoted this job back in June, so I’m extremely grateful to my customer for being so patient and waiting for me.

Lots of preparation went into this project across the ceilings, walls and woodwork to get everything looking its best 🙏🏻

🎨 Products & colours used:
• Ceilings and walls finished in Dulux Trade Heritage Velvet Matt.
• Window cill, skirting boards, door frame and door all finished in the same colour.
• MDF shelves and units painted to match the ceiling and walls.

The colours were matched from another brand (which I’ve completely forgotten 🤣), but thankfully the colour codes are all on the tins! 🙏🏻

The MDF units and shelves were fitted by JMP Carpentry— another fantastic job as always! 👏🏻

Sometimes we all need to take a little breather and get ourselves organised! 🙏🏻☺️

I’m starting one of my biggest jobs to date on Monday for a returning customer, so I’ve decided to use today and tomorrow to get everything in order and ready to go. 🎨

I’ve caught up with paperwork, sorted some invoices, got my brushes and rollers washed, collected all the materials ready for Monday, walked the dog and even squeezed in an hour at the gym! 💪🏻🐕

Tomorrow I’ve got a boxing session planned, followed by a Taekwondo competition on Sunday, so it’s still a busy weekend ahead! 🥊🥋(I’m not competing tho 🤣)

Sometimes taking a step back, getting organised and having a bit of time for yourself is exactly what you need before the next big push! 🙌🏻

An en-suite bathroom and hallway freshened up for a customer’s park home in Coventry! 🙏🏻

On this occasion, it was just the walls that needed a refresh, finished in Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt – White

Sometimes a simple refresh is all that’s needed to brighten up a space! 👌🏻

Hina Bokhari — Liberal Democrat London Assembly member, politician and apparently “educator” 🤣

She’s been getting plenty of attention following a heated debate on LBC’s Cross Question, where the idea of tradespeople swapping their white vans for cargo bikes was discussed as a way of reducing fuel costs and pollution.

Well… finally, somebody on the same page as me! 👀🤣🙈

Jokes aside, this has to be one of the stupidest things I’ve heard. 🤣

That now makes 76 genuine 5⭐️ reviews from customers who have actually used my services, and I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for the continued support. ❤️

My 2026 diary is now fully booked. I’ve still got a few customers waiting for dates, and I’m planning to spend Sunday getting everything finalised and booked in. 🙏🏻

My 2027 diary is also currently fully booked up until 12th April.

I genuinely appreciate every recommendation, review, enquiry and booking. Thank you all so much for supporting my business! ❤️🎨

A nice little transformation to finish off the week. This one was walls only, with no ceilings or woodwork required.

The walls were finished in Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt – Pure Brilliant White

I’ll be back tomorrow for a few days to carry on with the living room, hallway and ensuite bathroom.
