A surprise 40th birthday present
I’m Shocked and so excited

5 star luxury in a stunning part of the world

She’s even arranged childcare and a house sitter for the 🐈‍⬛ 🤩

What a woman 👌

Next stop Dubai then Zanzibar ❤️

I’m Not technically 40 and old till the 1st September so I’ll live my last few days of 30s on a island 😂

I won’t be responding to calls or texts as I’ll be to busy with a beer in my hand looking at nature enjoying time with someone who does everything for me 🏖️

Walls painted in timeless
Woodwork windowsill etc all in brilliant white satinwood

It don’t look a lot different as was all a freshen up in washable paints for a fresh new looking bungalow 😍

All walls needed cleaning and stain blocking in areas due to candle smoke damage
The finishes in fine cream soft sheen
All woodwork was undercoated and finished in a oil based satinwood
Including the radiator

I was way to busy to take before photos 🤦‍♂️😅
But I did take a video that is on my story

But these are all the afters for a house in Longford Coventry

All walls were wood chip the dreaded stubborn kind of wood chip 😂

All removed all prepped filled and sized then all walls were papered

Ceilings repaired of cracks and painted brilliant white

All woodwork and door in satin wood 😍

Exterior 🆘 😍

This is the worst condition stone bay I’ve ever seen

Customer tried jet washing it all off 🫣

Then called us to correct it all,
All belt sanded right back all fully prepped
Stabilzised and painted in pure brilliant white 🤩

The condition is amazing now 🙌🏻💪

After photos were taken by customer as I forgot to take them

Another masterpiece 😍

Huge hall stairs and landing all stripped or old paper, walls were in bad condition so required tons of prep, all sized and repainted using these two different ones

Ceiling had damp problems so was stripped sealed insulation lined and then papered and painted

All woodwork/doors prepped and went in soft satin brilliant white

Handrail bannister stained in mahogany

The apex needed so much work doing to it but now looks superb 😍

Apex prepped sanded filled primed and few top coats of black gloss

All render had two good coats of pure brilliant white masonry

The led and woodwork above window also went in black gloss
