Back Charging at Home!
We were recently called out to help a customer whose EV charger had suddenly lost both power and connection.
The cause? A power cut that had completely knocked out electricity across their village. Once power was restored, their charger still wasn’t communicating properly, so we got to work diagnosing the issue.
Thankfully, we managed to get everything back up and running, meaning they could get straight back to charging their car safely and conveniently at home.
That also meant no need to rely on the more expensive public chargers at their local shopping centre, saving them both time and money.
Another EV charger back in action!
