With more than 18 years of experience in the Electrical Manufacturing industry, EJPB can do anything from building your distribution boards to complex solutions involving the design and type-testing of bespoke enclosures to match specific Customer needs. We are two Engineers with more than 18 years of experience in the Electrical Manufacturing industry where we have held different functions within
R&D, Quality and Operations. During these years working for large Corporations we have witnessed the difficulties these have to satisfy some of their Customers' needs when it comes to providing smaller, bespoke batches of products. The amount of processes in place, the lack of flexibility, the focus on high volume / low complexity offers and the high level of overhead make a cost-effective production of small series virtually impossible for large Organisations. Based on that observation and our expertise, we have decided to launch our own Company to support our Customers, Electrical Contractors, Panel Builders, Manufacturers, and Distributors in the outsourcing of their development and manufacturing of bespoke Distribution Boards and Consumer Units. Our main strength is the combination of our expertise gained from major manufacturers and deep understanding of their product offers with the flexibility and competitiveness of a small local Company. Our services range from low complexity projects, for example providing labour to populate and wire Consumer Units or Distribution Boards to complex solutions involving the design and type-testing of bespoke enclosures to match specific Customer requirements. As part of the development process we are able to provide 3D models, 2D drawings as well 3D printed samples. In addition to this design and manufacture activity, we are able to support Customers that need to bring a concept or idea to life. This is for example the case for Inventors that want to pitch their invention and need images / models / mock-ups to support their presentations.
