As of 2019 the business was passed onto Mike’s sons Adam and Paul and Chris’s son Luke who are now the new Directors and taking the business forward from 2019 with an extensive showroom. Adam and Luke are involved with sales and Paul is our surveyor. Mike and Chris are still involved behind the scenes with Mike still looking after commercial sales. There are even more family links with Adam’s wife Sarah being the company accountant. All of our quotations are free of charge with no hassle while in your home or place of work. Classic Sash. Quietly Modern.

Dark sash windows against white render and local stone. This home keeps its traditional look, now with Bygone sash windows throughout.

Both bays have slim frames and true sash proportions. The glazing bars and meeting rails give the authentic split-pane look you’d expect on a home like this.

Behind the traditional styling is a modern PVC-U sash window. It’s warmer and more secure, it runs smoothly, and it needs very little upkeep year after year.

Heritage character, without the maintenance of timber.

All the charm of a traditional timber door, none of the upkeep 🌿

This entrance comes from The English Door Company, who make bespoke timber-alternative doors with a genuine woodgrain look and feel. Installed by CBP, it brings real character to the front of this home.

The soft grey finish sits beautifully against the warm brickwork, with classic panelling, a three pane top light and tall glazed side panels letting light flood into the hallway. Polished hardware adds the finishing touch.

The best part is what you don’t see. No sanding, no repainting every few years, just a front door that keeps looking this good with very little effort.

Thinking about a new front door with a bit more personality? We’d be happy to talk you through the options.

Light from the ground floor all the way up to the gable 🌿

This home pairs Internorm lift and slide patio doors with full height gable windows, so the main living spaces open straight out onto the terrace and look out over the garden. The slim white frames sit cleanly against the cladding and let the view do the talking.

The large sliding panels glide open with very little effort and leave a wide, uninterrupted opening, which makes it easy to step from the dining room onto the patio. Shut, they keep the warmth in and the weather out, which is what Internorm windows and doors are known for.

Upstairs, the gable glazing follows the line of the roof and fills the room with daylight, and the balcony gives it a spot to sit outside.

This contemporary new build in Wiltshire features Solarlux Cero corner sliding doors, installed by CBP across two elevations. The glass meets glass at the corner with no mullion at all, leaving nothing between the living space and the open countryside beyond.

Slim 34mm sightlines run throughout, with glass making up 98% of the surface. A flush, low-profile threshold carries the polished concrete floor straight out onto the stone terrace, while the RAL 7042 finish sits comfortably alongside the natural Bath stone cladding.

With the house set on an exposed hilltop, the doors needed to be as robust as they are beautiful. German engineering means those slender lines are built to handle everything the weather throws at them.

Dreaming up something similar for your own build? We’d love to hear about it.

Honeyed Bath stone at the front, wide open views at the back 🌿

This farm cottage shows how two very different approaches can sit happily on one home. On the front elevation, heritage style windows respect the original proportions and detailing, so the stonework and character stay front and centre.

The rear tells a different story. A six pane and a four pane run of bifolds wrap around two sides of the elevation, and when both are folded back the garden flows in from two directions. Light floods the ground floor and the whole space feels like one open, connected room.

Respectful of the past at the front, made for modern living at the back. It’s a balance we love getting right on period properties.

Thinking about what could work for your own period home? We’d be glad to talk it through with you.

A balcony you can use all year round, whatever the weather brings 🌿

This CBP installation centres on the Solarlux Proline T sliding and turning balcony glazing system, finished in RAL 7004 Matt.

The panels slide and fold away when the sun’s out, then close back up when the wind picks up. Paired with the SL Plus lower section and vertical wind posts, it keeps the elements out without ever blocking the view.

The result is a space that stays open, bright and genuinely usable in every season, rather than just a few weeks of summer.

If you’ve got a balcony or outdoor space you’d love to get more from, we’d be happy to talk through the options.

From first conversation to final fitting, our own team looks after every detail, so the finish is something you’ll be proud of for years to come.
