🚧 Day 1 is underway on another luxury outdoor wellness transformation…

We’re excited to have started work on this stunning bespoke wellness facility for our clients in Chilworth.

Today is all about preparing the sub-base for a premium porcelain patio and Millboard composite decking that will create the perfect setting for what’s to come.

This project will soon feature a beautifully crafted luxury outdoor wellness space, designed to bring the spa experience home with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to every detail.

At Southcoast Sauna Co, we don’t just build saunas, we create outdoor spaces where you can relax, recover and reconnect, all from the comfort of your own garden.

🏗️ NEW CUT ROOF COMPLETED 🏗️

A proper bit of craftsmanship on this one.

We’ve just completed a brand new cut roof on an extremely old outbuilding where nothing was straight, level, or standard. Every single rafter was individually measured, marked, and cut by hand to ensure the new ridge line flowed perfectly with the existing structure and maintained the character of the original building.

To achieve the required spans and structural support, we also manufactured and installed large queen trusses on-site, ensuring the roof was both structurally sound and sympathetic to the age of the property.

Projects like this are where traditional carpentry skills really come into their own. No off the shelf solutions, no shortcuts just careful measuring, expert craftsmanship, and attention to detail from start to finish.

🏡 TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE… ALMOST! 🔨✨

What started as a tired 2 bedroom bungalow is now an incredible 4 bedroom family home with a dedicated home office, utility room, and a stunning new look inside and out.

This project has involved a full refurbishment and extension, completely reimagining the space to maximise both functionality and value. From structural alterations and extension works through to high-quality finishes, we’ve managed every stage of the transformation.

We’re now down to the final stretch with just one bedroom left to complete and all exterior works to be carried out.

First fix carpentry nearly wrapped up at our Corfe Castle project 🔨

Structure’s in, floors are set, studwork dialled, and everything prepped ready for the next stage.

Over to the electricians & plumbers ready for first fix to get this one moving on nicely.

We pride ourselves on getting the first fix right so every trade that follows has a clean, accurate job to work from 👌🏼

Throwback to a great project we completed last year 👌🏼

This one was a full transformation from start to finish. Two extensions, a full refurbishment throughout and extensive landscaping works to completely reshape the property inside and out.

At this stage in the video, we were on the final push with everything prepped and ready for LVT and carpets to be installed. It’s always a quality moment where you can really see all the hard work come together.

A proper top-to-bottom job with attention to detail carried right through every phase, from groundwork to the final finishes.
