Our project in raunds is coming along nicely.
Farmhouse 2nd fix underway.
Unit 1 will be ready for us to 1st fix next week unit 2 and 3 to follow very shortly.
We're aiming to have those 3 all 1st fixed before I finish for my paternity leave mid march.
This does mean that my diary for before then is now closed and we are already booked up until May after my return.

That's a wrap on 1st fix of another project. Even managed to get the extractors for the 3 upstairs bathrooms installed before the ceiling goes up.
Boarders are starting next week so we should be back in about 4 weeks for 2nd fix.

Well 1st day back at work after the Christmas break today. And it's a big one. We've started our project in raunds. Started 1st fixing in the old farm house today (this is going to be a 4 bed 3 bath house) and we have 11 flats in the barn conversions to follow soon ranging from 1 bed to 3 bed.

Going to be a productive year 😁😁

Sonos speakers went in today. Hall, kitchen, master bedroom and lounge. Still have the outside speakers to go in once the rendering is complete and we are waiting on 2x ceiling speakers for the games room.

Total of 6 zones installed with a possible 7th zone wired for the balcony at a later date.

Network all set up over in Overstone. Sonos speakers/amps and alarm to go in next week then some tidying up of the rack and the network room will nearly be there. That will just leave the cctv system to be installed once the rendering is complete.
