✅ Achilles GHG Report Verification Achieved ✅
After nearly three years of dedication, collaboration and continuous improvement, we're proud to have achieved Achilles GHG Report Verification.
This independent third-party verification confirms that our greenhouse gas emissions reporting is robust, accurate and aligned with internationally recognised standards. It also establishes a verified baseline year, providing a solid foundation to measure our progress and demonstrate meaningful emissions reductions in the years ahead.
Like many organisations, Scope 3 emissions account for 87% of our total greenhouse gas emissions. That's why we're focusing our efforts where they can have the greatest impact - working closely across our business and supply chain to reduce emissions and strengthen our Scope 1, 2 and 3 ESG reporting.
This achievement is more than a certification - it's recognition of the commitment, hard work and perseverance of everyone involved over the past three years. While we're proud to celebrate this milestone, we're already looking ahead. Work is well underway on our next financial year's GHG reporting, with a continued focus on delivering year-on-year reductions in our carbon footprint.
🥈 Ecovadis Silver Medal – Two Years Running 🥈
We're also delighted to have retained our Ecovadis Silver Medal for the second consecutive year, with an improved score that places MRIS in the top 15% of organisations assessed globally.
This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, ethical business practices, labour and human rights, and responsible procurement.
These achievements are a testament to the dedication of our team and our drive to continually raise the bar. While we're proud of these milestones, we're already looking ahead, working on our 2026 financial year emissions data and continuing to build a more sustainable future for our customers, partners and communities.
