You always have your standard 14 day calling off period unless you waiver those rights and require the work to start prior to this time .
For elderly or vulnerable home owners we require a relative or family friend to over see on your behalf so that everything is understandable and that written quotes , update videos , invoices and warranties can be send .
We check if each homeowner is in a conservation area , or if building control is required , which we can manage all that is needed in regards to your applications to you local authorities on your behalf , for peace of mind , your local authority will check our work through stages of the project and sign off if required. And provide a separate certificate along side with our warranty certificate.
We only use BBA certified materials and work with in all building regulations

We do not use subcontractors and only have qualified full time staff .

❌ if you accept a quote and then the price increases when the project starts this is alarm bells , 🔔 you have the right to ask them to stop work immediately
❌ if the company has failed to provide you with your standard 14 day calling off period and you haven’t wavered this , you have the right to tell the tradesman to stop 🛑 work if your pressured there and then and havent had your contract in writing ✍️ or time to gather comparables from other tradesman .
❌❌❌ if something does go wrong and you do fall victim to a rouge trader , if you have handed over money report this to your bank to try and recover your money , and importantly report to trading standards so they have investigate the company and ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else .
