Our latest modular construction project in Portlaoise, Co. Laois, is progressing on behalf of Iarnród Éireann 🚆

The modular units have now been delivered to site and successfully installed, marking an important milestone in the project. With the units now in position, site works are progressing as the facility moves towards completion.

The project involves the delivery of a purpose-built modular office and welfare facility, designed to provide a practical and comfortable working environment for site personnel. The completed facility will include internal kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the necessary welfare and office accommodation.

From off-site manufacture and preparation through to delivery, installation and final site works, modular construction allows projects such as this to be delivered efficiently while providing a solution tailored to the requirements of the site and client.

Works are continuing on site, with the team progressing through the next stages towards completion 🛠️

We’re pleased to share that JDC Building Works has been awarded projects through the YPO and ESPO frameworks.

We’re already seeing the benefit, with organisations getting in touch about their modular building requirements.

For a modular construction company, speed matters.

We were awarded one of our latest projects two weeks ago, with the modular building scheduled to be installed and handed over in time for the mid-term break in October 📅

That turnaround is where modular construction and effective procurement work together.
