Joiner

Role: Joiner x 3 positions available
Location: Northern Ireland
Contract: As above, 3 x full time temporary and full time permanent.

Reports to: Foreman
Salary: DOE

We are currently seeking to recruit skilled Joiners to erect timber frame houses. The successful candidates would be expected to complete builds within schedule while achieving a high standard of work.

Essential Criteria
• Valid CSCS/CSR card.
• Relevant on-site experience in similar role.
• Working knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values.
• Full, valid, clean driving

We are looking for experienced carpenters / timber frame erectors to join our growing team who are capable of all aspects from sole plate through to cut and pitch roofs.
Candidates must be able to read drawings and work on own initiative and as part of a team.
We have various ongoing and upcoming contracts.
Candidates are required to have a CSCS card, and preferably own tools and transport.
Day rates will vary based on knowledge and experience of the applicant.
