✔️ We started by wire brushimg the.bricks to get the ingress off the wall ....

✔️ We then grinded out the joints that have water ingress and repointed and matched colour as close as possible .... 🙂

✔️ We then fixed the main problem ...The Gutter which has been leaking down the wall for a while .... 💥

✔️ To finish we coated the wall with a breathable Facade cream which is even more protection !! and resealed down edges of windows where needed .... 💥🏆💥

✔️ All Rubbish is Removed from All jobs in the process .... 🙌

✅ ️Another very happy customer ...

✔️ We took up old slabs and dug it out 150mm put a membrane down and 150mm hardcore ....
✔️ We then Lay all new slabs and pointed the jointa and put blue slate right round for a soakaway so the customer will never have any issues .... 💥😍

✔️ We came across a flat roof which wasnt built correctly and was leaking badly ....

✔️ We stripped off the old roof insulated inbetween the spars then reboarded ....

✔️ We then fitted rubber membrame . Trimmed the edges of the roof fitted new facia and guttering ...

✔️ Just waiting on the rendering now to seal by the lead work .... 😊

✔️ We were asked to fix a damp issue on the property below ....

✔️ The Drain was broken at the front of the property and the water had nowhere to go so we fitted new channel drainage to keep the water away ....

✔️ We then hacked off the damp on the inside and coated the wall with a damp slurry ....

✔️ We then reboarded the walls and re-skimmed back to original and put the old slirtimgs back on which the customer asked for ..... 😊
