🔨 We’re Hiring – Experienced Bench Joiner

Bodnant Joinery Ltd | Colwyn Bay, North Wales

We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our workshop team.

If you take pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery, have a good eye for detail and enjoy working on varied timber projects, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be working on projects including:

🪵 Bespoke timber windows & doors
🪚 Staircases & traditional joinery
🏡 Restoration projects
🔨 One-off bespoke commissions

What we’re looking for:

At least 3 years’ relevant bench joinery experience
Strong experience in bespoke timber joinery
Ability to read and work accurately from technical drawings
Good knowledge of joinery techniques and workshop machinery
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What we offer:
💷 Starting salary from £30,000 per year, depending on experience
⏰ 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
📍 Full-time, permanent position
🪵 Varied, high-quality bespoke joinery projects
🚗 Free/on-site parking
💼 Company pension

Knowledge of JoinerySoft is advantageous but not essential.

Experienced Sprayer Wanted

We’re looking for an experienced sprayer to join our busy spray shop on a subcontract basis, working on high-quality bespoke joinery products.

If you take pride in producing a professional finish and have experience in joinery or paint spraying, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in spray finishing / joinery spraying
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and efficiently
✔ Reliable, flexible, and quality-focused approach

The Role
Spraying bespoke joinery products in our workshop
Flexible hours depending on workload
Ongoing subcontract opportunities for the right person
What We Offer
Flexible working hours
Pay based on experience
Free on-site parking
Friendly workshop environment

Preferred Experience:
2+ years paint spraying experience preferred
