Another one across the line.

Very happy how this one turned out. 🔥

The client picked everything.

On rip out I found lots of issues with pipes and wastes etc. Along with rotten joists.

All replaced where needed and new floor put down.

•Bath out and shower tray put in place. 🚿
•Wet room screen with flipper panel.
•Brushed nickel twin head shower.
•New Vanity basin unit in gloss white
•New 🚾 comfort height.
• Clad ceiling with new extractor fan and LED dome light. 💡
• Shaver point.
• Brushed nickel towel rail.
• All fittings are in brushed nickel. Looks much smarter than chrome.

Tiles are 600x300mm. Roma Grey in the shower area and Roma Bianco around the rest of the room. Finished with Mid grey grout and colour match silicone.

Brushed nickel trims.

LVT to the floor in Mapel.

Suite and tiles supplied by CTC consett tile centre.

The second bathroom for a rental property given a fresh makeover for the new tenants.

• Bath 🛀
• Separate shower cubicle. 🚿
• Vanity basin unit and mixer tap.
• Close coupled WC 🚽
• Towel rail.
• Mirror.
• New extractor fan
• Painted white throughout.

Tiles to walls.
600x300mm Roma light grey.
Mid grey grout.
Brushed chrome trims.
LVT to the floor, Mist oak grey.

An office space floor given a fresh look which is easy to clean. 🧼

En-suite bathroom for a rental property given a fresh makeover. Kept clean and simple. 🧼

• Bigger shower 🚿 tray fitted to make a more practical showering space. Lowered to floor height to avoid a big step in. Takes more time but worth it when possible.

• New suite throughout.
• New extractor fan.
• New waste outside to the soil stack.
• 600x300 ceramic tiles to the walls.
• Mid grey grout and brushed chrome trim.
• LVT click clack flooring
• Fresh coat of paint.

Ready to be used for the new tenants.

A little splash back 💦

White bevelled edge metro tiles 225x75mm

The windowsill was brought up to full tile height to make for a neater finish.

Also, the boxing in of pipes in the corner needed to be kept to a minimum.

Finished with silver grey grout and brushed chrome trims.

Easy to clean and looks great.

A lovely solid porcelain plank floor fitted for a great client.

They picked a 600x150mm porcelain plank tile. Scandinavian grey.

Finished with grey grout.

Floor was self levelled first.

It will last a very long time. Love it. 🔥

Another kitchen splash-back finished for Christmas 🎅 🎄

Ignore the green paint, the client is decorating soon enough to compliment the tiles.

Utility room also tiled in the same tile.

Metro 200x100mm must grey bevelled edge.

White grout
Brushed chrome trim.

A splash back completed. 💦

Client picked cream metro tiles 200x100mm bevelled edge.

Taupe grout.

Much easier for them to clean, as like most kitchens with just an upstand. Splashes from water and cooking ruin the painted walls.

So, here is a beautiful bathroom I have just finished for a great family. 🔥 💛

Lots of work goes in to bathrooms like this, especially being a 1 man team.

Lots of unseen work on this one to make it right.

The customer picked the suite and tiles.

Tiled full height in 600x300mm ceramic tiles.
Feature wall. 600x300 to match.
Porcelain tiles to the floor 600x600mm.
Tiles supplied by CTC consett tile centre

The suite is in ribbed Walnut finish.

Brushed Gold fittings.

New downlights and extractor fan.

I absolutely love it.
