Sometimes your own property just needs some work!

After my entire perimeter fence was weakened by Arwen then finally ripped out by Malik, the newly repaired fence at Casa Toolman is under attack again - this time by Dudley!

Currently strengthening the posts to try and withstand the battering that is coming for the rest of today and tonight. Here’s hoping they stand strong 💪🏻

🚨 EMERGENCY REPAIRS 💨

DIARY CLEARED FOR NEXT WEEK!

After seeing the damage storm Arwen has done since yesterday afternoon I’ve cleared my diary as of Monday 29th November so once the wind has died down I can be free to come and carry out emergency repairs.

Broken fences
Damaged roof
Damaged sheds
Broken guttering
Anything you can think of!

Dare I mention the ‘C’ word?! Requests are coming in now from customers who’d like work completed ahead of Christmas, especially interior jobs such as decorating and tiling.

Today was spent putting up netted mosaic tiles in a customer’s kitchen which really revamped the feature wall and gave it a fresh, new look.

If there are any jobs you’d like completed before Christmas drop me a line as my diary is quickly filling up 🗓. I’m still carrying out outdoor work too but as the weather gets colder and the days get shorter I’m trying to fit such jobs in ASAP.

Off street parking is always quite desirable if a property has the space available, especially during winter months so vehicles can be safely parked up.

This car port involved:
⛏ removal of original single skin retaining wall
☑️ new foundations laid
🧱 double skin retaining wall built
🧱 block paving laid
🛠 perimeter fence installed
⚒ new gate installed

After having a bin store installed by me, this customer wanted a simple, but alternative, partition fence put up to compliment the look. I think the horizontal boards look 👍

There are few things more frustrating than when you’re working outdoors and the weather takes a turn for the worst. Thankfully I have very understanding customers who know that, despite my multiple skills 😉, I unfortunately can’t control the elements.

So while that job is ongoing, here’s a picture of one of my last mud kitchens in all its glory. The customers did a grand job setting it up for their little boy’s birthday.

🗑Bin screens and bin stores🗑

If you don’t quite need a fully enclosed bin store, how about a bin ‘screen’. This one that I put together and installed this week had castors added to the bottom so my customers can move it around easily👌

Then, for a separate customer, I made a fully enclosed bin store which looked spot on when I put it in position 👍
