We've been working with Juggle Energy for a while now, offering their J-Box LITE and PRO as an option with our panel builds.

J-Box gives our customers a powerful way to remotely monitor their electrical assets, with access to detailed, real-time data and connectivity across LAN, 4G and RS485.

It can be incorporated into new panels built here at G59
Projects or supplied as a retrofit solution for existing systems.

So, if you're looking for a smarter way to keep an eye on your assets, J-Box could be the answer.

If you'd like to know more about how we can incorporate J-Box into your next project, get in touch with the G59
Projects team.

🟢Why green?

You might have noticed that our Panels don't exactly blend into the background!

We chose green for a reason.

It makes our panels instantly recognisable, gives them a really smart, professional finish and helps them stand out on site.

But there's also something else we like about it, green represents energy, growth and sustainability, which feels pretty fitting for the work these panels are doing. ⚡️🌱

So while the colour might catch your eye, it's what's inside that really matters.

These bespoke PV Distribution Panels are designed and built in-house at G59 Projects, ready to be installed and get to work.

Different builds, different challenges, but all made with the same care, attention to detail and pride in what we do.

⚡ So, what exactly is an LV Distribution Board?

Think of it as the heart of an electrical system.

LV Distribution Boards (or LV Panels / Switchboards) take the incoming electrical supply and safely distribute it to the different circuits around a site.
They’re used across all sorts of project, from commercial buildings and warehouses to manufacturing facilities, hospitals and other critical infrastructure.

And they’re not necessarily a one size fits all job.

Here at G59 we design and manufacture LV Distribution Boards around the specific requirements of the project, whether that’s a compact board or a larger, multi-section LV switchboard.

Different site. Different requirements. Different panel.

Good wiring shouldn't be an afterthought.

Every panel that leaves our workshop gets the same attention to detail, not just wired to work.

It's the kind of thing most people never think to check. But if you've ever opened a badly built panel, you know exactly what we mean.

Neat wiring isn't just tidiness for its own sake, it means faster fault-finding on site, safer testing, and a panel that's actually built to last. It's a small thing that tells you everything about how the rest of the build was done 🟢
