A passion to be involved in projects from inception through to completion means that sensitive, contextual responses are a given. We operate across a range of sectors for a diverse variety of clients. The practice strives for simple, well thought out design that delivers buildings and spaces that are both personal and individual as well as being excellent value in terms of controlling cost and programme- a happy client is paramount to our success. Underlying all of this is the need for sustainability through design and in the day to day running of the practice. Experience:-
• Hands on in all aspects of the design process and project management from initial meetings with the client through to handover.
• Preparation of drawings from existing surveys and site analysis to concept sketches, planning applications, building control applications, tender drawings and specifications as well as site supervision.
• Interaction with statutory bodies, consultants and contractors throughout the design and building process providing administration and coordination with the client, within the project team and with contractors.
• Will carry out all contract administration including chairing meetings with clients & contractors; drawing up contracts, monitoring and reporting progress of projects including issue of valuations and architects instructions.
• Utilising CAD to optimise 3D modelling and interactive presentations.
