🧱 Damp Repair & Wall Preparation – Work in Progress 🧱
Another wall stripped back and prepared for treatment after identifying damp-related damage and deterioration.
The affected areas have been carefully hacked back to expose the underlying brickwork, removing the damaged material and allowing the wall to be properly assessed and prepared.
The next stage will be to address the damp issue, carry out the necessary protection and preparation, then re-board/plaster and redecorate the area, leaving it with a clean, fresh and professional finish.
Taking the right steps at the preparation stage is essential when dealing with damp — you need to address the underlying problem before finishing the wall.

🏠 Estate Agent Job Completed 🏠
We recently completed a job for a local estate agent, preparing this flat ready for the next tenant to move in.
One of the walls had been affected by damp and mould, so we dealt with the affected area properly.
We hacked back the damaged wall to remove the affected material.
We then installed damp-proof rods and protective measures, then hacked back the damaged wall to remove the affected material.
Once the wall was fully dry, we re-boarded and plastered the area, leaving it ready for decorating.
We then gave the whole flat a fresh coat of paint, including the hallway, rooms, kitchen and bathroom, leaving the property looking clean, fresh and ready for its new tenant. 🎨✨
Another job completed to a high standard for a valued local client. 💪

🧱 Wall Clearance & Repointing Another Job Completed! 🧱

We were called in to tackle this tired and badly overgrown wall.
The first job was to remove the heavily overgrown hedge that had grown over and around the wall, giving us clear access to the brickwork. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a before photo of the hedge in place, but I did manage to get a photo of the waste after clearing it all. 🌿✂️
Once the wall was fully exposed, it was clear that the existing mortar had deteriorated badly, with sections of the pointing falling out and showing signs of decay.
We carefully removed the failed mortar, prepared the joints and fully repointed the wall, bringing the brickwork back to a much cleaner and more secure condition. 🧱💪
Another job completed to a high standard and another happy customer! ✅

Another garden transformation 🌿
After 12 months of being empty this garden was well overdue a tidy-up!
All the overgrown plants bushes and roots cleared leaving a fresh and clean garden.
🌱👌 And yes… I forgot the before and after photos again so here is the waste🙈🤣🤣

🏡 What a transformation! 🔨✨
We started this project with no finished walls — just a wooden floor and stud walls.
The first job was to remove the old boiler and clear everything back, then I got my electrician in to completely rewire the property, getting everything safe and ready for the next stage.
From there, we rebuilt, plastered, painted and finished the rooms, turning a tired shell into a 5⭐️ quality property.
A lot of hard work, but the finished result speaks for itself! 💪🔥
From bare studs to a fully transformed home. 🏠✨
