🏡 Mayflower Mews | Bellway Homes Thames Gateway

We’ve just completed the decoration of the sales office and show FOG at Mayflower Mews for our great clients, Bellway Homes Thames Gateway.

The sales office has been finished in the famous ‘Bellway Blue’, with a subtle off-white to the upper sections, creating a clean and professional finish.

The show FOG has a more minimalistic feel, but the colour scheme works perfectly. The main wall colour is Farrow & Ball Skimming Stone, complemented by Card Room Green on the kitchen/lounge feature wall and Hague Blue in the bedroom.

We’re now moving on to decorating the show home, so keep an eye out for some pictures coming shortly! 👀

Another project progressing nicely, and we’re looking forward to continuing on this development.

We’re pleased to share that we have been awarded two contracts with new clients, Stroods Specialist Contractors, both located at the University of Essex in Colchester.

🏗️ 2001 Building
The project will see the transformation of the building with multiple new dance studios, offices, storerooms, common rooms and much more.

💃 Square 5
This project will include four new dance studios, workshops, dressing rooms and a dedicated seamstress room.

We’re excited to get started and play our part in bringing these fantastic spaces to life.

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded Springstead Village Phase 3 by our long-standing client, Bellway Homes Essex.

Having previously completed the compound decoration across Phases 2, 3 and 5, it’s incredibly rewarding to continue our journey on a development we’ve watched grow from day one. We’re proud to now play a part in bringing the homes themselves to life.

Phase 3 will deliver 99 new homes, offering a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses and apartments for both private sale and affordable housing.

We’re grateful to Bellway Essex for their continued confidence in our team and look forward to getting underway on another fantastic development.

Another new client secured!

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded our first contract with Matthew Homes.

Our team has been appointed to complete the final 30 properties of this 50-home development in the beautiful village of Trimley St Mary, near Felixstowe.

The development will provide a fantastic mix of 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, alongside 2, 3 & 4-bedroom homes, and we’re looking forward to delivering a high-quality finish throughout.

We’re delighted to share that we have recently been awarded our first contract with Bellway Thames Gateway.

Mayflower Mews, located on the outskirts of Billericay, is a development of 47 new-build homes, comprising a mix of 1 & 2-bedroom apartments alongside 1, 2, 3 & 4-bedroom houses.

We’re looking forward to getting underway on this exciting project and to building a strong working relationship with the Bellway Thames Gateway team. Here’s to delivering another high-quality development.

Project Complete | Russet Place 🏡

We’re pleased to have completed another successful project for our valued clients, Rose Builders.

Russet Place involved the construction of 18 new-build homes, comprising a mix of private and affordable housing. It’s great to have played our part in delivering another high-quality residential development.

A big thank you to the team at Dulux Decorator Centre Colchester for supplying all the materials used throughout the project. Your support and service are always appreciated.

As with every Rose Builders project, the process was well managed from start to finish, making it a pleasure to work alongside such a professional team. We look forward to the next project.

Great progress being made at Waldingfield Business Park for Crosby Building.

Our team is currently working through seven new-build units, applying Thermoguard WI Steel & Cast Iron 60-minute fire protection to all structural steelwork, ensuring compliance and long-term protection. In addition, all masonry surfaces are receiving three coats of Dulux Weathershield Smooth Masonry for a durable, high-quality finish.

It’s fantastic to see this project taking shape, and we’re proud to be playing a part in its delivery.

We are delighted to announce that we have secured another project for our long-standing client, Mulberry Homes.

This latest scheme will deliver a new medical centre in Felsted, providing a modern healthcare facility that will serve the growing needs of the local community.

Excellent progress continues at the Cavalry Barracks development for Newell Homes.

With the recent sunshine helping push forward the external painting works, the site is really starting to take shape. Internally, the first three plots have now entered the decoration stage — an exciting milestone as we move closer to seeing the first completed homes handed over.

A huge amount of hard work continues across the site, and it’s great to see the development evolving week by week. Looking forward to seeing the first homes fully finished in the near future.
