The lads have been flat out on site getting stuck into some heavy first-fix installations. We've been running high-level drainage, getting the soil stacks perfectly aligned, and prepping the structural timber and metal studwork before the plasterboard even goes up.

Harvey and the team have been up on the scaffolding over in Ipswich this week, getting the primary high-level bracketry and service containment completely locked down.

Before a single main heating pipe or gas line can be run across a commercial site like this, the structural infrastructure has to be flawless. We’ve been installing heavy-duty unistrut frameworks and rubber-lined pipe clamps suspended directly from the steel roof deck. It’s meticulous, high-level work that requires absolute accuracy to ensure the long-term integrity of the building's main services.

When you operate to a "Precision First" mantra, even the brackets you’ll never see from the ground are installed to a millimetre-perfect standard.

In this shot, we’re out in Braintree using a manometer to check the entire system for even the tiniest drop in pressure. This test ensures that every joint, valve, and pipe in the property is perfectly sealed and 100% safe.
