Our latest project completed this month. External modernisation of the 80s Upvc with cement composite cladding, in addition to all new fascia, soffit and guttering all round the property. The original cement verge had failed and was allowing water to enter the roof and rot the battens. New battens and cement verge and a redundant chimney taken down and tiled over, completing all high external works in one go.

This media wall blends style with functionality. The mitered oak acoustic panelling brings both a showcasing element, and a performance enhancer for the TV and sound bar. With symmetrical cupboard space and shelving, there is plenty of room for storage or ornamental pieces. Lastly not to forget, the large electric open fire, creating a seamless finish.

A complete utility room transformation in Colchester. The main objectives for this project was warmth and organisation. This has been achieved by laying insulated underlay and LVT flooring, with bespoke cabinets and boxings to hide the array of pipe work.

Bespoke Cottage style under stair storage project complete. We have quadrupled the storage space by adding a hanging area with double doors, a singular door for removable box storage that allows access to an existing cupboard and finally a pull out drawer that replaced a blanking panel to maximise storage. With the contrasting black and white paint this entrance hall is now a feature to the property.

The final addition to this particular downstairs renovation is this shaker stile radiator cover. This includes two removable draws and helps tidy up any disorganised cables that were on show before.

A complete bathroom renovation in Colchester this week. Some of the main requests from the client was to maximise space and light. This is why we have installed a wall to wall 3 piece vanity set to coincide with the frameless shower screen and low lying tray, resulting in very happy customers.
