From former guesthouse to high-spec family home.

This beautiful three-storey Victorian property in Lexden recently underwent a complete transformation through our pre-construction and construction process.

Working with the client from the outset, we developed the internal layouts, refined the design and delivered a full refurbishment including new mechanical and electrical installations, glazing, structural alterations, restoration, bespoke interiors, premium finishes and external works.

To close off our Dorset House series, we’re showcasing this beautiful private courtyard, transformed from what was once an unused part of the property which can be seen later in the image carousel.

The surrounding areas were carefully restored, with the landscaping completed by Planet 14

One of the more significant structural elements of the project was the introduction of a new cellar stairwell, creating better access to the cellar whilst remaining in keeping with the original home features.
