Working closely with our Client, Island have been entrusted with the Fencing, Landscaping & Maintenance Works throughout Phase 1.

Our Works are also Inclusive of the Temporary Fencing & Metal Works across Phase 1 Plots, Swales and Public Areas aswell as the Sales Areas.

Recently completing Block 5 podium, Island were entrusted with the Hard & soft landscape, timber works, Bridges and Gabion walls across 3 podium areas, courtyards and private terraces throughout the entirety of the project.Working closely with our client at the tender stage, we were able to advise on design changes allowing works to meet the required budgets. Thankyou to the team at Crest Nicholson for the opportunity and helping us deliver these fantastic areas.

We are proud to provide our progress photos from recently completed Acoustic Fencing Works at Langford on behalf of a familiar client in Crest Nicholson (Chiltern).

We were given the responsibility of Supply & Installation of this Specification to provide a Noise Cancelling and Secure Boundary for the Project.

We enjoyed undergoing works outside of the normal design and look forward to our next requirement of this calibre.

Parcel G Sales Complex πŸ™ŒπŸ½

We are delighted to share some shots of the Sales Complex we have designed & installed for Parcel G at Bishops Stortford, St James’ Park on behalf of Bellway Homes (North London).

We were trusted with the design element on this scheme, in which we completed all Soft & Hard Landscaping, Picket Fencing & Gates, Timber Close Board Fencing & Gates along with the Estate Fencing as per our recommendation to Bellway’s satisfaction which also met the budget provided.

We were grateful to have the responsibility of creating an appealing Complex, which hopefully assists the Sales Team and we are looking forward to undertaking the works within our Order for the remainder of the Development.
