Doing the right thing — always. 🔧

Something happened recently that I wanted to share because it says a lot about the way we run Elementis Boiler Experts Ltd.

While checking through our records, we noticed that a customer had accidentally paid us twice for the same job.

We immediately contacted the customer and asked them to check their banking to make sure that two payments had actually been taken. They checked, confirmed that both payments had gone through, and we promptly refunded the duplicate payment.

For us, this isn't just about business — it's about integrity, honesty and doing the right thing.

I believe strongly that how you conduct yourself when nobody is watching says everything about you as a person. I run my business the same way I live my life: be honest, be fair, and always do right by people.

We could have easily missed it, but that's not how I want Elementis Boiler Experts Ltd to operate. Our customers trust us to look after them, and that trust means far more to us than an extra payment ever could.
