Now that’s summer on a plate! Beefsteak tomatoes, beetroot & cucumber. All from the garden. (With some feta in the middle) What a luxury. It’s the best feeling in the world to be able to indulge in the fruit of your labour. I thank the soil for enriching the plants, and the sun for ripening its fruit.
