One of our recent jobs completed.

Removed the existing fascia off the property. Fully de-nailed the existing nails. Installed new full UPVC fascia.
This made an enormous transformation of the look after completing the 3 layer felt system on the flat roof last week!

The chimney was in need of attention, we noticed that the pointing on the chimney was slowly turning into sand.
We grinded out the chimney in preparation for repointing and then smashed out the pointing!

Apologies for the inconsistency of upload of work but due to personal reasons we wasn’t working for a while…but we are back and have relocated back to Milton Keynes!!

Heres a job started today:
Code 4 lead soakers installed along with new 150mm lead flashing.

All broken man made tiles to be replaced.

Chimney to take down 18 course to damp to refit new damp seal and rebuild 3 course. With a new cement flaunch on top.

More to come min next few days with updates!!
