Demolition is underway! 🚜🏗️

Work has officially begun on this unique project, where careful planning and precision are key.

With machinery operating in a particularly sensitive and unique setting, our team is taking a considered approach to every stage of the demolition process — working methodically while protecting the surrounding area.

Sustainability is also a key focus. Materials arising from the demolition are being crushed on site wherever possible, allowing them to be recycled and reused within the works. ♻️

By reducing waste leaving site, minimising vehicle movements and making the most of existing materials, we’re working towards a more efficient and sustainable approach to construction.

Project Complete ✅

Another project successfully delivered to the highest standard.

Our team has completed the groundworks, ensuring every detail is finished with precision and quality, leaving the site fully prepared for our client's Weber Haus house assembly.

With the final inspections complete, we're now demobilising our machinery and handing over a clean, safe, and construction-ready site.

🚧 A new project is underway in East Sussex! 🏡
This precarious-looking house had reached the end of its life, and our team was ready to begin the transformation.

Our first priority was carrying out bat mitigation, ensuring any bats present were safely relocated before works commenced. The roof tiles were then carefully removed by hand, exposing the timber structure ready for demolition.

The demolition itself was completed with sustainability in mind, with the timber frame systematically dismantled and materials separated for recycling wherever possible.

As part of the site setup, we also constructed a protected access driveway using geotextile and protective layers to safeguard the surrounding mature tree root systems throughout the project.
This is just the beginning!

Next, we'll be installing a prefabricated basement ready to support another stunning Huf Haus.

Precision is everything when preparing the foundations for a prefabricated Huf Haus. Before the timber frame can be installed, the reinforced concrete slab must be formed and poured to exceptionally tight tolerances, ensuring a perfectly level base .

Our scope also included the construction of hard landscape concrete slabs, providing durable foundations for external terraces, pathways, and outdoor living areas. Careful setting out, reinforcement installation, formwork, and quality-controlled concrete placement ensure a long-lasting finish that integrates seamlessly with the architectural design.

From excavation and sub-base preparation through to reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, and curing, every stage is completed with accuracy and attention to detail, delivering the high standards required for our clients.
