This Surrey project created a 240 sqm oak-framed extension, almost doubling the size of the original property.

Designed to add generous new living space, the extension included a kitchen, dining room, master bedroom with en-suite, covered walkway and double garage with accommodation above.

The oak frame formed the principal structure of the new building, bringing warmth, character and a strong connection to the surrounding grounds through natural materials, light and carefully considered design.
