👏What a transformation!

One of our regular clients was looking to convert their dark, unusable basement into a brighter and more practicable space.

After converting the main basement, the client was looking to make the boiler room into a storage space with any exposed pipes covered up.

💧For extra protection, all soil retaining walls where tanked to prevent moisture coming through then the walls were damp proofed membraned.

𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒔

Customer had two old un-useable wardrobes in the spare bedroom after having a new central heating system installed.
We knocked the dividing wall down and raised the height to accommodate for sliding wardrobe doors then strapped and sheeted the inside before fitting new shelves and a clothes rail.

Another one of our jobs recently completed for a happy customer in Paisley who had a severe run on their kitchen floor.
To gain access we removed the kitchen then lifted all old flooring and fixed new joists in place to make the new flooring level.
After the new floor was down we re-fitted the existing kitchen.
