A project that’s definitely worth a look… 👀🏡

This stunning 5 bedroom home in Bagworth has had a fantastic transformation downstairs, with a single storey rear extension linking the house to the existing garage and a garage conversion creating a dedicated games room.

We also reconfigured parts of the rear of the house to make better use of the space and bring the whole layout together.

The brief was to maximise the downstairs living area, create a bright indoor-outdoor space with plenty of natural light and, of course, find room for a games room. 🎱

Looking at these photos, I think it’s safe to say the clients have done a fabulous job bringing the plans to life! 👏🏼

It’s always great to see the finished result and how a well-considered design can completely change the way a home works for a family.

This garage conversion gave our client a dedicated space to run their dog grooming business, turning an underused part of the home into a practical and professional workspace. 🐶✂️

A project some of you might recognise... 👀

We designed the first floor extension on this property to create a master bedroom and en-suite. 🏡

It’s always great to see how these projects turn out once they’re fully lived in, and even better when they help a home evolve with its owners’ needs over time.

Now, this property has recently been marked Sold STC! 👏🏼 A nice reminder of the value that thoughtful design and additional space can bring to a family home.

Looking back through these photos, it’s easy to see how seamlessly the extension blends with the original property - exactly what we set out to achieve from the start. 💡

Not every project needs to be a full extension to make a difference… 👏🏽

This freestanding garage is a great example - designed to add practical, usable space while still tying in with the look of the property.

Brick-built with a personnel door, window and electric main door, it’s a simple addition that does exactly what it needs to do.

Whether it’s a full renovation or something more straightforward like this, it all starts with the right plans in place. 💡
