Giving it the big licks on the little Caterpillar D6N…..whilst I was running the A/C vacuum on a 30tonner, I had the rip with the dozer across the cut cleaning up…nice to be in the seat for 10 minutes….

Couple of jobs towards the end of the week, two of our own self drive 16 & 19 ton rollers for 500 hr engine services, strip the back of the cab on a Doosan loading shovel to replace A/C Expansion Valve, what a joyful experience for someone…. 🤭 another shovel for a few hyd leaks, exhaust attention, major engine oil leak, and an inspection 🧐 one of the micro diggers out for the weekend on self drive hire!!

Couple of jobs from yesterday and today, CASE 821g overheating problem in a very busy waste yard…. Yep snapped belt 😲 but why 🤔oh yeah air con compressor seized up, one for next day and new belt bit of fresh gas and oil she’s away playing in the dirt….

Whilst onsite servicing plant, customer says the 14tonner won’t start, oh there’s the issue broken wire caused by junk behind the seat 🤦‍♂️

Busy couple of days towards the end of the week, another one of our TA9 dumpers for major service before her next outing, TA6that bent her pushrod…so we had the pistons out whilst in there new rings and big end shells, new pushrods and an injector… runs like a sewing machine again 🫰 these site dumpers are just like sheep 🐑 always wanting to die 🤣🤣

The Doosan DL350 having some serious love 🥰 major service inc axles and transmission few little leaks to sort along the way, air con repair and service, green beacon kit fitted, cutting edge for the turn… and Laurs working her magic on the cab interior, ready for the low loader Wednesday 👌

Hyundai 300-9a excavator for leaking hydraulic hose, whilst onsite we serviced and re-gassed the air con to keep him cool 😎 for a top customer 👌

D6T for some fresh transmission hoses, a John Deere with a snapped key 🤦‍♂️ new ignition barrel and she’s away to work again…. New camera screen replaced due too operator damage (now there’s a surprise 🤭🤣)

Busy afternoon yesterday 120 roller came back with a vibration fault, it decided not to work….bugger out on hire Monday, we soon found the broken wire 😮‍💨 full service and a check over 👌 then for Sunday 9t dumper for full service inc axles & hubs (left my other engineer a little note 😬) these Sunday assistants are getting cheeky 🤣 all loaded up ready for the morning.
