One of the biggest advantages of having our own workshop is being able to manufacture exactly what we need, when we need it. It gives us complete control over quality, keeps projects moving, and means we can produce bespoke items on demand.

A lorry reversed into this building, leaving us with a heavily damaged corner. Careful dismantling, temporary support, and a full rebuild is now complete.

Based in Coalville – Working Across the East Midlands
Job Type:
Full Time, Permanent Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Overtime paid after 42.5 hours)

Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated General operative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hardworking, practical, and willing to learn new skills within the construction industry.

The role will involve supporting our tradespeople on-site, assisting with deliveries, and helping maintain clean and organised work areas. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to develop additional skills over time.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting tradespeople on site with day-to-day tasks

Delivering materials and equipment to sites

Cleaning and maintaining work areas and vehicles

Loading and unloading materials

Supporting installation teams when required

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the company

Ability to work as part of a team

Must be able to pass NPPV Level 1 police vetting and an Enhanced DBS check

What We Offer:

Full-time employment (42.5 hours per week)

Overtime paid after 42.5 hours

Company uniform provided
