🏡 New Project Starting in Attenborough, Nottinghamshire 🏡

We're delighted to be starting another residential project in Attenborough, Nottinghamshire.

This project will include the construction of a rear extension to create additional living space, together with a new front porch to enhance the property's appearance and improve its entrance.

🚧 New Project Started – St Albans Church, Derby 🚧

RJH Building Construction Ltd are delighted to have commenced works at St Albans Church in Derby.

This exciting project involves a series of external alterations designed to improve accessibility, functionality and the overall welcome experience for visitors. The works include the construction of an enlarged entrance area and new porch, the creation of improved accessible facilities, alterations to existing window openings, and the installation of new replacement windows throughout the development.

We look forward to working closely with the church and design team to deliver these improvements while respecting the character and heritage of this important community building.

Massive single‑storey extension taking shape in Donington le Heath.
The roof structure is now complete and roof tiling is underway. We’re lined up for floor insulation and screed next week, which will really move this build into its next phase.This extension is set to be a beautiful addition to the property, creating a generous amount of new living space and transforming how this home can be enjoyed.

🏡 Another Project Underway in Kimberley, Nottingham! 🏡

We're delighted to have started work on a new single-storey extension in Kimberley, Nottingham.

This project will create a fantastic new living space for our client, adding both valuable floor area and improving the overall flow of their home. Our team is now on site carrying out the initial groundworks and foundations, with plenty of exciting progress to come over the coming weeks.

Great to see this project coming nicely together — the Derby new build is really starting to show its scale and character. At over 250 sqm, this home is shaping up to be a standout.

The latest milestone: roof tiling now being installed, giving the structure its first real sense of completion.

Next steps happening next week include:
- Floor insulation going in
- Underfloor heating being laid
- Screeding
- Followed by 1st fix plumbing and 1st fix electrics
