Another livestock shed successfully completed 🔨

This 96’ x 50’ shed was created by transforming three smaller sheds into one large, practical space built to contain more of this customer’s needs all in once place.

This build features a 50’ clear span, two external feeding bays, and a 6 metre wide roller door for easy access and improved functionality. We also fitted a clear Heatguard roof to maximise natural light inside the shed.

A great project to be part of from start to finish.

95×40 Calf Shed – Full Refurbishment Completed ✅

A complete overhaul carried out to modernise, strengthen, and brighten this shed from end to end.

• Old lean-to removed
• New trusses and timbers installed
• Original curved roof removed
• New pitched trusses manufactured and fitted
• All new timber work throughout
• New guttering added
• Clear heatgard sheets fitted on both the lean-to section and the main roof for maximum natural light
• Spaced Yorkshire cladding installed at both gable ends

64×50 Shed Replacement – Project Completed ✅

Recently we successfully carried out a full shed replacement, delivering a clean upgraded finish throughout.

• Removal of the existing roof
• Removal of all outdated steelwork
• Installation of a brand-new steel structure
• New concrete wall panels fitted to replace the original walls
• Clear roof installed to maximise natural light
• Two new large sliding doors installed for improved access and practicality

A quality upgrade from top to bottom, completed to a high standard.

Storm damage repairs we made to this cattle shed. 😁⛈️

• New timbers fitted.
• All rotten timbers replaced with new ones while keeping the tin on.
• Tree damage to far corner of shed fixed.
• Gutters cleaned out.
• New tin on pedestrian door.
• New gutter.
