Today’s job I was called out to a rental where the bathroom fan had stopped working. Turned out the fan had burnt out.

To rectify I cleaned the ducting, replaced for a new fan, cleaned up the mould on the wall and touched it in with paint.
Another happy landlord and tenant!

⚡️💡 Out with the old and in with the seriously bright new!

Today I replaced two old, broken yard lights with a new 3-panel 100-watt LED setup , the difference is like night and day. 🌙➡️☀️

The coverage on this thing is awesome. The whole yard is lit up evenly now, way safer and way easier to see everything.

Just finished fitting new switches and lights for a customer. While I was there, I found some messy cables and old connections, so I made everything safe and swapped the fittings for new downlights and a ceiling rose. I also replaced a damaged connector blockwith a tidy Wago. Everything’s now safe, neat and working perfectly. I’ll pop back soon to move the smoke alarm. One very happy customer!

Installed 2x twin 13A switched sockets in a office on a ring circuit. Wiring completed using conduit containment system with single-core 2.5mm² PVC insulated cables.

Installed surface-mounted dado trunking in a small office, terminating into the pre-existing ring final circuit. Existing socket was too low and not practical to use.
