🏠🔨 Another Roofing Job Completed! 🔨🏠

A proper transformation on this one! 💪

We’ve been busy stripping back the old roof and giving it the attention it deserves, making sure everything is done right from the start.

The customer wanted to reuse their existing roof tiles, which was absolutely no problem! We carefully removed and saved the original tiles, allowing us to give the roof a much-needed upgrade while keeping its original appearance and saving the customer money! 👌

✅ Old roof tiles carefully removed and saved for reuse

✅ New breathable roofing membrane installed

✅ New treated timber battens fitted

✅ Existing roof tiles carefully refitted

✅ New lead flashing fitted along the wall for a watertight finish

It’s not always about replacing everything with new materials! Sometimes the existing tiles have plenty of life left in them, and with the right preparation and workmanship, you can give your roof a new lease of life without the extra expense! 🏡

Quality workmanship, attention to detail and no corners cut! 💪

🏠🔥 NEW TORCH-ON FELT ROOF COMPLETED 🔥🏠

Another flat roof completed and looking spot on! 👌

For this job, we installed a new torch-on felt roofing system, creating a strong, durable and fully weatherproof finish that will keep the property protected through all seasons. 🌧️☀️❄️

Flat roofs take a lot of punishment from the British weather, so getting the preparation and installation right is essential. The new roofing system has been carefully fitted across the full roof area, with particular attention paid to the edges, upstands and areas where the roof meets the brickwork to help prevent water getting where it shouldn’t.

As you can see from the finished photos, the result is a clean, neat and professional finish that completely refreshes the roof and, more importantly, gives the customer reliable long-term protection. 💪

Whether your flat roof is leaking, damaged, showing its age or simply ready for replacement, it’s always better to get it checked before a small problem turns into a much more expensive repair.

We undertake all types of roofing work, from smaller repairs through to complete roof replacements, and we’re always happy to take a look and provide advice.
