Couple jobs to catch up on Conservatory extension plastic roof taken off today all new 18mm OSB board fitted with new under lay and torch on charcoal cap sheet flat roof re covered with charcoal felt. Felt all perished away down the gable end on a property in immingham we made it water tight for another year till we go back and do a full roof replacement. F1 felt failed at gutter level and around the sky lights all new breathable felt fitted new wooden batons tiles back on all new lead box gutter fitted.
