🌿 Exciting Opportunity at The Watering Hole Farm 🌿

We’re looking for the right person to take on our barn space at The Watering Hole Farm — a fantastic opportunity to create something special within a growing and unique site.

🏡 The Space

Approx. 10m x 18m
Self-contained unit
Open plan layout
Shutter door + separate pedestrian access
Power already connected
Potential for two-storey use

—

💡 The Opportunity

This space would suit a wide range of businesses, such as:

* CrossFit / fitness studio
* Farm shop
* Wellness or lifestyle business
* Or something completely different that complements the farm and existing offerings

We’re keen to find something that fits naturally with the site and enhances what we already have here.
—
🤝 The Arrangement

A monthly rent (negotiable)depending on business type and operating hours
Initial 12 month contract
Fully independent — we are not looking for involvement in the business
A great opportunity to build your own venture in a unique setting
