Parton by the sea all ticked off , started Tuesday finished Thursday . Yes 3 days for all this work ,knock through , electrics and plastering . We have all trades who work to the highest standard, we can even sort structural calcs and building regs , so hassle free . Any job leads to a job that we actually do and complete we will pay £50 to the person that reccomended us .

An internal knock through at Parton by the sea , started 11/8/26.
Completed within 3 days .
Work included ;
Building work ( knock through , fitting rsj and padstones )
Electrics done by jh electrical
And plastering work .
In , out , no time to shake it about 😆.
No job is too big or too small .
Finished results coming tomorrow.

We have the pleasure of sealing a full refurb on this fantastic property , an absolute gem , work to include ;
Full rip out ,
Lowering upper floors ,
New roof ,
Damp proof course ,
New plumbing system ,
Electrics ,
Plastering ,
First and second fix joinery ,
All structural work .
We have our own structural engineer and building regs guys to save both the hassle and the stress for our customers.
We also recycle any materials we possibly can .

This has been a mammoth task ,the fairladies at st bees , grind out and repoint a full house , due to the mortar failing . We can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel . Quite a number of houses on fairladies are in a similar state , we can transform it into a new house again , these are the before pictures .
