🌟 Dpc and plastering 🌟
A quick in and out on this job, layers of bonding, poor practices and a failed dpc were causing damp to show up in the hallway of this ground floor flat.
One day to take the old render off, inject a new dpc, neutralise the salts and re render with our water proof render and another day to plaster and refit skirting.
All in all minimal disruption for the customer leaving the house as clean as we entered but without the damp walls
