Lesson for others
Don’t let your local window repair man install a £30k conservatory for you and leave your roof tiles like this.
After nearly a year of leaking from the minute it was installed we was asked to help the disabled elderly lady by her neighbour
The flash bland alone says it’s all !!!!
They didn’t even bother in re install the tiles correctly after
And blamed the flooded conservatory on rising damp even though it flooded from the roof 🤣 she was the. Told she needed to contact her insurance company as they couldn’t make it right. !!!!
Not going to name them
As you can see from the video attached we flooded the roof after and not a drop come through.
We even re fitted the hand rail in her garden for her that came away in her hand after they installed it.
We charged her nothing to do all this
Her gratitude alone was worth enough
She can now have her conservatory finished after a year of being unusable

This was the more permanent option for him and all done in a day
