The hot tub shelter/ pergola/ log store project. This was one of my favourite builds this year and absolutely loved how it came together. We created a timber frame structure using 8 x 8 treated posts sat on granite staddle stones and split this into 3 parts. The seating area with pergola style 6x2 inch joists fixed across the timber frame, and a battened feature wall to the back. The hot tub area was fitted with a polycarbonate roof system and shiplap cladding. Electrics were also wired in to allow for a wall mounted tv and external lighting. This area also has made to measure canvas sides so it can be used all year round!! And finally a full hight log store behind.
