Good morning everyone!

Just a quick message to say if you have messaged me but haven’t had a response yet just know I will get back to you!

Slightly snowed under with the amount of enquiries so it’s taking me a few days on average to respond as there just isn’t enough hours in the day! Bear with me please, you will get a response… ☺️🫶🏼

Thank you!! 🤩

Hi everyone! 😃

Just a heads up, if you haven’t booked your annual sweep yet then please do book me in asap! I have very limited availability now as this is the busiest time for us sweeps…

Please also understand that if you are booking in this far into the year, that there is normally a 4-6week wait for an appointment. As I say, this is an extremely busy time and I’m in high demand! 😎

Email me on [email protected] or text me on 07506562754 👍🏻

Thanks,
Shannon ☺️

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately Google have starting using AI for filtering reviews - I have no idea why but over the last few months they have been deleting mine, some days it will be a few at a time other days 10+ will disappear… apparently this has been affecting lots of small businesses 😟

I have filed a complaint to Google however again it’s just AI bots that you speak with and they just say they can’t help.

I went from over 50 5* reviews to absolutely nothing in the last few months and in all honesty I am absolutely gutted. I’ve spent the last 6 years building those reviews up and some of the comments from my customers meant the world to me.

Luckily the reviews on my Facebook remain untouched however the majority of my work comes from people googling so this is impacting my business.

It’s a long shot I know but if anyone knows what to do/could possibly re-write their review on my page, I would forever be grateful.

Thank you so much!

Hi everyone!

Look out for shiny tar (glazed creosote) in your stoves as this is extremely dangerous and requires specialist equipment and chemical treatments to remove correctly 😲

I am fully trained and insured to be dealing with job like this so please don’t hesitate to get in contact, I’m always more than happy to help!
