One of the loveliest parts of companionship support is the little moments that bring comfort, confidence, and connection. 💛

Today I helped a lovely client defrost her freezer, shared a cup of tea and a good chat. Then we discovered a shared love of Scrabble. She told me she hasn’t played for years, so next week we’re planning a game together and I’m really looking forward to it.

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference.
