Today’s 100 press ups completed for the 100 press ups a day in September Cancer Research Challenge. Did them in my local pub so I had some witnesses. Thanks to John Evens for counting & verifying.

This week, removed litres of spilled washing detergent from a garage floor (what the customer wants, the customer gets and all that)on Monday, a ridiculous amount of Ivy from some palm trees in Wigan on Tuesday, removed copious amounts of Bracken and Nettles on Wednesday, weeded a blue slate path (felt as if it was as long as The Yellow Brick Road doing it) on Thursday, removed sooo much moss from a tarmac drive on Friday I turned green, and all today weeding block paving….
Same again tomorrow,

The heat was relentless today. Hedges this morning and grass cuts this afternoon. I am one tired and slightly roasted gardener.
