An enjoyable and technically challenging high spec en-suite in Farington, Leyland for a lovely family.
The exisiting layout with a free standing bath was impractical and a changing use of the adjoining rooms meant plenty of work was involved to make this into a jack and jill room. The original doorway was blocked up with two new sliding doors added. Moving the rear wall back added extra space and the walls built in the shower area enabled a good usable sized mitred shelf including a mirror/tv.
60x120 porcelain tiles on the walls mitred and resin filled on all externals. 20x120 wood effect porcelain planks with electric undertile heating on the floor. Epoxy grout all around.
