Well what can I say about this job!
This has been an ongoing project over the last 2 years in stages where weve transformed an acre of land to exactly how this customer has envisioned with many extras and we've now just given this amazing customer her dream driveway
It doesn't look like much now but in 6 months this will be one for the record books!
A driveable lawn to fit perfectly into its beautifully rustic surroundings
250m2 of grass grids laid on a permeable solid subbase which is bordered with old stone cobbles and allocated parking bays using 200x100 Raj Blend Indian sandstone sets 👌
All grids laid on rootzone soil and a top quality grade of grass seed laid
Proper labour of love!

Another little one boxed off
the customer knew exactly what he wanted and we gave it to him
Ribbon driveway for 2 vehicles using 900x600 concrete flags with 20mm grit stone gravel surrounding them
Extended existing paving to rear garden with an additional footpath to frame off a new lush lawn 😁

Absolutely loved doing this one!
In the back we removed all the old overgrown trees and shrubs and built a raised sleeper planter with pergola and laid bowness beige porcelain tiles
Now an easy, low maintenance area for the customer to start enjoying her garden again and on the driveway we removed the old fence and replaced with a new 4ft feather edged fence and got rid of the dated tarmac and installed a lovely Heather block paved driveway with a charcoal borders

What a difference a day makes 😁
All trees and shrubs removed
All paving lifted
All tarmac on driveway up
Whole levels reduced to driveway and back garden ready for membrane and sub base
1 grab removed and 1 ready for the morning
And 39 sleepers loaded out 💪 just a normal day for the Lm team 💪
What a job this one will be👌

Another little beauty done 👌
3 large raised sleeper planters, waterproofed with a damp proof membrane and filled with grade 1 top soil ready for the customers to go wild with their planting
Ground preparation with membrane, type 1 stone compacted, another layer of membrane and 20mm cotswold cream gravel supplied by Highfield Plant Services LTD
Also a solid shed base in the corner using 50mm concrete flags

And another one for a previous customer... must be doing something right with getting so much repeat custom 😁
Driveway section out of Gravel grids with 20mm black basalt Gravel and a charcoal block paved border
Extended a little section of paving using existing flags and put 40mm plum slate around the customers planting area to finish it off beautifully
The customer wants us back again at a later date to lift and relay the driveway ❤️

Removed the grass area and made it suitable to be driven on
40mm plum slate with a charcoal abbey sets border and kandla grey Indian sandstone flag on edge to retain the lawn area

This job is for another previous customer, they wanted the back garden more disabled access friendly and this design has done exactly what they needed but also given a beautiful finish!
We Rebuilt the planter out of Heather bricks all waterproofed from the inside to avoid water ingress with an Indian sandstone coping to match the patio
900x600 Raj Blend Indian sandstone patio and footpaths with ramps leading up to the higher level removing all steps for an easily accessible garden
All paving jointed with Buff 2 part resin compound
