● Process ●
Having a small workshop with no big, fancy machinery means I have to be organised, precise and make every bit of space count.
A lot of the time I don't have the room to fully pre-assemble a project, which means every individual component has to be right before it even reaches the spray booth.
Once everything is cut and machined, the workshop gets transformed into a little spray booth. This is where the time is spent. Every panel gets multiple coats of high-quality, furniture-grade paint, with sanding between coats to get that smooth, durable finish. And that's just one side of the board!
Once everything is painted and cured, I pre-assemble as much as possible so that when I arrive at the customer's home, the installation is as smooth, efficient and hassle-free as I can make it.
I design, build, spray and install every project myself, which means I have complete control over every stage of the process.
It's a lot of work behind the scenes, but it's what allows me to deliver the finished result I'm proud to put my name to.
