Following the departure of the previous tenants, we were appointed by the building owner to strip out and prepare this retail unit to return to the rental market.

This week we’ve been cutting out and welding in the openings for the doors and serving hatches, transforming a standard steel container into a fully functional bespoke space.

When the store closed, we got to work. Over 2 nights, our team repainted the main staircase and escalator walls — working efficiently to avoid disrupting daytime trade 🎨

Using scaffold towers, we safely reached every area to deliver a clean, fresh finish from top to bottom 💪
