We recently installed approximately 39 metres of 1.8m high traditional closeboard fencing, finished with timber gravel boards and mortised timber posts.

The new fencing was installed using the existing concrete spurs, giving the boundary a fresh, tidy finish while making use of the existing foundations.

A great transformation and another job ticked off by the team! 👏

🏆 HIGHLY COMMENDED! 🏆

A huge congratulations to our apprentice, George Netley, who has been awarded Highly Commended in the Apprentice of the Year category at the Chichester & Bognor Regis Business Awards 2026.

George was one of just five finalists shortlisted for the award and received the honour of being the only entrant in the category to receive a Highly Commended recognition.

His hard work, positive attitude and willingness to learn have made him a valued member of the Knight Fencing team, and we couldn't be prouder to see his efforts recognised.

Well done, George – a fantastic achievement and one that is thoroughly deserved! 👏

A great example of finding the right solution for the space available.

Our client needed a secure timber gate, but restricted access meant a traditional gate design wasn't practical.

The answer? A bespoke timber bi-fold gate system, allowing the gates to fold back on themselves and maximise the available opening space without compromising on security or appearance.

✅ Bespoke timber bi-fold gates
✅ Digi-code lock
✅ Heavy-duty construction
✅ Designed to suit the site

Every project is different, and sometimes the best solution is thinking outside the box.

20 years. What an achievement 👏

Last week we had the pleasure of celebrating Dan AKA Coops' 20 year anniversary with Knight Fencing Ltd🎉

We surprised him when he arrived back at the yard with the whole team, cakes, beers and a few gifts to say thank you for everything he’s done over the last two decades.

As part of the celebration, we gifted Coops a Pinewood Pod Stay for up to four people with Safari at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve, along with a framed 20 Years of Service award to mark the occasion 🦁🍻

20 years of hard work, loyalty and dedication is something truly special and we’re incredibly grateful to have Coops as part of the team.

Thank you for everything, Coops and here’s to many more years ahead! 👏

Hilsea Lido is now complete and ready to open on 2nd May!

We were proud to assist with the supply and installation of the tongue & groove fencing, marine coated 358 mesh panels, along with the marine coated front and rear gates.

A long project, but one that’s definitely been worth it 👏
