Bespoke Oak Porch – Designed & Built On Site 🏡

A recent project we’re particularly pleased with — a completely bespoke solid oak entrance porch, designed, cut and constructed by our team on site.

Starting with individual lengths of oak, each section was carefully measured and cut, with traditional-style joints created by hand before the frame was assembled in position. We then constructed the pitched roof and finished the porch to create a substantial new entrance that looks completely at home with the existing property.

We love projects like this where we can take something from an idea and create it from scratch on site. The natural oak gives the front of the house so much more character and, as it weathers over time, it will develop an even more beautiful appearance.

🛳️ THE BOYS ARE OFF ON A MINI CRUISE… SORT OF! 😂🔨

Not a bad commute to work this morning! 🌊☀️

The vans are loaded, the ferry is underway and the boys are heading across to the Isle of Wight for our latest project — a full bathroom renovation. 🛁

It might look suspiciously like a mini cruise from these photos, but sadly for them there’ll be no sun loungers or cocktails at the other end… just a bathroom waiting to be transformed! 😂🔨

Next stop… Isle of Wight!

We’ll share the transformation as the project progresses. 👀

WORK IN PROGRESS | BESPOKE WALL PANELLING

A little look behind the scenes at one of our current projects.

We’re currently installing traditional-style decorative wall panelling throughout this hallway, staircase and landing, carefully following the lines and angles of the property to create a finish that feels as though it has always belonged here.

There’s still plenty to be done, with preparation, finishing and decorating to follow, but the detail is already starting to completely transform the space.

We love seeing a project at this stage — when the craftsmanship starts to take shape and you can really begin to picture the finished result.

BRINGING AN OLD CLASSROOM BACK TO LIFE 🏫✨

A slightly different project for us — and one we really enjoyed working on.

This former school classroom had gradually become a storeroom, filled with years of accumulated furniture and equipment and no longer being used for its original purpose.

Our brief was to clear, renovate and breathe new life back into the space, while being sympathetic to the character and history of the building.

Once cleared, we were able to reveal some fantastic original features, including the beautiful exposed flint and brickwork, traditional brick floor and impressive arched windows, which flood the room with natural light.

The space was cleaned, repaired and refreshed throughout, with practical improvements made ready for the classroom to be put back into use.

There’s something particularly satisfying about taking a forgotten space and giving it a purpose again.

From storeroom back to classroom — ready for its next chapter. 📚

ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETED FOR A RETURNING CLIENT 🏡✨

It’s always a pleasure to return to a previous project, and this one was particularly special.

Having previously completed the extension to this beautiful home, our client asked us to return and create a bespoke home gym that would complement and match the contemporary style of the extension.

The result is a sleek, modern garden building with large black-framed glazing and exterior finishes designed to sit perfectly alongside our previous work.

Inside, we continued the high-end finish with oak-clad walls throughout, creating a warm and stylish contrast to the contemporary exterior.

One of our favourite details has to be the bespoke hidden storage, cleverly concealed behind the oak cladding. When closed, it blends seamlessly into the wall, keeping the gym looking beautifully clean and uncluttered.

A fantastic project to return to — and even better to see the new gym sitting alongside the extension we previously created.

🌿 NEW LANDSCAPING PROJECT 🌿

Another fantastic garden transformation completed! 🙌

This project has completely refreshed the outdoor space, turning a tired garden into a smart, practical and beautifully finished area ready to enjoy.

The works included:

* Full preparation and landscaping of the garden
* New lawn laid to create a fresh, vibrant finish
* New edging to define the lawn and borders
* Existing planting carefully incorporated into the new design
* Patio and paved areas creating plenty of space for outdoor dining and entertaining
* Final detailing and finishing touches throughout

We absolutely love the finished result. The combination of the fresh green lawn, established planting and beautiful paving has completely transformed the garden while still keeping its character. 🌱✨

Another stunning Millboard decking project completed ✔️

🚧 Another exciting project taking shape! 🚧

Here’s a look at the groundwork and service installation for a brand-new sauna, gym, and pool plant room project. From excavation and concrete preparation to all the essential underground services, every stage is being completed with precision to create a solid foundation for the final build.

A lot of planning and technical work goes into projects like this before the finished space comes to life — drainage, pipework, reinforced concrete bases, and utility connections all carefully installed and prepared for the next phase.

Looking forward to seeing this transformation progress! 💪🏊‍♂️🔥
